Apart from the 9.30pm feed Seth is the same. I don't know if it helps, as you are much more proficient at this stuff than me, but I always make sure he doesn't sleep for longer than 4 hours at a time during the day, and ensure he has a good feed before bed. Your milk is at its lowest before bedtime, and so pumping for a few minutes after the 7pm feed can sometimes help to build up your supply. Plus drink loads of water, etc. I reckon (and if my memory serves me ) they start to sleep abit better when they weigh over 10 pounds and are about 8 weeks old. I feel your pain xxxx
